Redirector Hangs Throughout the Day
I've experienced this problem two days in a row now. I running the desktop redirector (s/w ver 4.0 on the handheld) and for a portion of the day everything will be fine. Then without warning messages won't get forwarded. When I check the redirector it says last message failed to forward. I installed new "Desktop" service books as a result of the Verizon issues over the weekend but can't seem to figure this one out. It goes away temporarily when I reboot my computer and open Outlook again. It's like the redirector "forgets" to forward the messages at some time. Sent messages appear with a check-mark but they never reach their destination (I know b/c I've pinged myself and waited for the message to come back). Any idea??

Possibly a memory problem? I know i dont recieve messages if memory is low in the BWC or on the handheld. Just a thought.

The memory is only about half full so I don't think that's it. I wondering if I need to delete and update more service book (such as provisioning).

Took all afternoon of reinstalling service books, talking with t-support, etc. But what finally helped me was this forum. I ended up running dbclean to wipe all the keys out and then reinstall the desktop software. It further than I got after 45 minutes of "tech support". Oh well. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope that's it. Just thought I'd keep everyone up to date with my musings and problems. Thanks again to everyone who contributes to these forums. They really are the best source for tech (and any other) support.
