Default Deleted emails from Blackberry

Let's say I want to have my current email in my Outlook inbox appear back on my Blackberry after I deleted it from the Blackberry. Is there anyway to do this without forwarding the message to myself again?

Default

Only if you had a backup from your device before you did the deletion. Then you could restore.

No backup? No way to get them back without forwarding them to yourself.
