Default tmo blackberry service outage in So. CA?

I have the upper case EDGE icon on my blackberry.

I can surf the net with the EDGE service but I can't receive email. Again, I tried to resend the service book; took out the battery; and none of them worked.

I tried to send email to my yahoo and gmail which are registered in the BIS. None of the account were able to receive the test email.

Additionally, after I tried the resend the service book to my device, the "activation service" email should be sent to the accts in BIS. however, it did not happen this time.

Any one is experiencing the similar issue with TMO in So CA?

I tried to call TMO and i had waited for 50 mins before I gave up. I could talk to a data group person and he transferred me to the Blackberry group.

I called to TMO 2nd time and tried to talk to a blackberry group; I was on-hold for 20 mins and I gave it up, again.

I tried to log into the tmo BIS page and i received the "Page cannot be displayed" error. I could not connect to Tzone portal page from my Blackberry using Internet Browser.

I hope it is something wrong with the tmo BIS / push mail, and not related with my headset.

I am not sure what's going on last few days, I was in Vegas and had some problems there with GSM only for long periods of time, then driving back to LA area last night, had EDGE, but couldn't do anything with it. No emails, no internet. Re-registered it and nothing. Then it worked when I got into LA. So something is going on it seems. Mine was fine for all of today as far as I can tell.

mine was fine all day yesterday until 10pm last night. I had EDGE signal and I could surf on the net. However, I could not get email. late last night I could not go to the BIS page to resend service book.

I could resend the service book this morning (an hr ago) to my BB. However, I still do not receive the activation email which I used to get (as soon as I resend the service book to myself).

I had to switch from T-M... their phones and website are great, but their coverage and availability is sub-par

I just talked with tmo bb support 1 hour ago. She told me "rim's maintance is still going on and don't know when it will be over". She asked me to keep trying to send myslef service book and / or pull the battery out from time to time to see if I can get the email. What it frustrates me is they don't have a better way to communciate the issue / outage with bb customers other than calling in and wait for 30 minutes holding.

by the way, it seems I still can't get email from Yahoo. I can receive the email from my Gmail thou.
