I did try searching for this one, before posting
I now have my nice new 7290 which I was forced into getting by work, lol
We use locust notes, which will be synced upto my laptop. Q?
After locust notes is up and running, could I install the desktop software on my "home" pc and sync up personnal emails as well, or can you only do one email client? work is an enterprise server, and home is just a boggo standard pop3

Syncing up the PIM may be possible -- You might be able to use Microsoft Outlook and BlackBerry Desktop 4.0 downloaded from RIM's website, depending on whether the security policy enables you to synchronize over the cable. However, syncing up emails isn't a feature -- That's probably restricted to your work's BES wireless synchronization.

By the way -- Here's my BlackBerry FAQ link below, if it helps!

For home emails, you should use BWC/BIS ... So you can have a separate personal email address on your BlackBerry (which could be your POP account).

thanks Mark, I'll have a look through, but off the bat, does that mean that emails are sent to the BB, then if I say, delete an email, it won't show up, next time I replicate lotus because it's no longer there in effect?

Just read it Mark, that's pretty much what I thought would be the case, the enterprise server at work will "beam" my mails to me, but home pop3 accounts will only sync if the PC is on 24/7
Prolly the wrong place to ask, but I run several PCs at home, mostly media centre's that run from a media server in the basement, anyone know of an email server program that's just a little cheaper than $0.01
Maybe I could setup that to do the redirect bit. That way I could push all email accounts to the BB
