Attention Rogers Wireless BlackBerry Subscribers effectve Nov.1 2006 Rogers will be launching a new data promo.

Double your data for $5. AFAIK this is only available on the $40 and $60 BlackBerry data packs.

Currently:
$40/Mo: 1Mb
$60/Mo: 25Mb

Double Your Data Promo:
$45/Mo: 2Mb
$65/Mo: 50Mb

The $100/Mo for 200Mb will remain the same. The $25/Mo for 0.5Mb will also stay the same.

Has to fine print somewhere stating you have to lock into a term? It is Robbers and all...

Wow, those data prices are ridiculous - and I thought we had it bad in the US!

The Sprint BB plan is $40 a month for unlimited data and unlimited use of the BB as a modem to access the Sprint high-speed network from a PC!

My Corporate Rogers rep finally emailed me back and told me that a renewal is required. I recently renewed to get the 50% off of data promo and because I renewed not only do I get 50% off of my data but I get true unlimited data for 3 months. Our corp. Rogers rep sent out a mass email to everyone at work about the double your data promo and I know alot of my co workers are going to renew to get the promo. Personally I like the $100/Mo- 200MB plan as it allows me more HTML browsing with no more overages like I used to have when I had the $60/Mo-25Mb plan.
