Default Upside Down Display

Please Login to Remove!

Ok I support 7250 and 7290 devices.

Does anyone know if there is an option to turn your diplay upside down?
If not has anyone ever seen this problem before?

The funny thing this is the arrow to end a call is on the other side of the screen. I am leaning towards wiping and reloading, but I hate doing that if its not necessary.

I have never heard of this either. My advice would be a wipe.

Is this happening on more than one device?

No just one user. He said it was fine this morning and then all of the sudden WHAM! it's upside down? I am leaning towards OE (Operator Error) or AD (Accidental Drop).

I have had this before.
Not only that but the screen went all Pink, Like you see when a Colour LCD goes all Wacko....however between taking it in to the SP and them calling us to say there was no hassle something corrected. I suspect that the Battery removal may have worked, alternatively just try a Wipe/Nuke and reload first.
If it persists take it in to your SP.

Also query how the User is carry the HH around, the user I had a problem with, had the HH floating around a huge carry bag which may have caused the problem.
