I just sold my BB and need to know how to format it so that all of my person info is removed from the device. I did a search and couldnt find anything so can anyone help?

On BB got to options>security>click trackwheel and select wipe handheld

werks on 7290 basically the same device

options>security options>general settings>click wheel wipr handheld

can also use desktop manager to wipe hand held also. or create a password put in wrong password 10 times that will automatically wipe it
