I have a new 7130e, with BES connection at the corporate end. Running Notes with wireless sync. All was well until yesterday when I couldn't delete some email from my In Box. When I attempt, the selected email ends up with a check mark next to it but the mail isn't deleted. Tried all the usual ways of deleting email including removing the battery with 7130e in the on position. Same result. I have not made any changes to the Blackberry, no upgrades to OS, no new software installed, no changes to settings. Any ideas?

Is your device getting slow as well? And does a "delete prior" do anything? If not, then try this:

1. Perform a security wipe of the device.
2. Once the device resets and powers up, turn on the radio.
3. The device will begin the activation process, in which all of your settings and data will be restored over the air.

Note that only the last 7 days of email will be pushed to your device (email in your exchange box that's older than 7 days won't be affected).
