Default Cingular unlimited data - cheaper than 4MB plan??!!!

Please Login to Remove!

I called Cingular to activate a new SIM for data only. We usually order the 4MB data plan as it is usually a little cheaper than the unlimited...however, I was told by the rep just now that the unlimited Enterprise data plan is $34.99 and the 4MB plan is $39.99. I asked her 3 times to be sure this was the enterprise plan and not the personal.

Was anyone aware of this??

Again, as is usual with Cingular, the rep gave you the wrong information. The $34.99 plan is BIS only. The BES data plan is still $44.99 (not totally sure on the amount but it's over $40).

That's what I figured and why I kept asking her if she was SURE it was the Enterprise plan and NOT the BIS.

Of course, when the call went over 15 minutes I kinda knew she wasn't one of the 'good ones'.
