Upside down cassette Icon?
 

Hello.

I've read plenty of questions about the voicemail icon that looks like a cassette (two yellow balls with a bar on top connecting them together).

However, I have an icon showing on a 7290 on the upper left side (the voicemail icon is on the upper right) that looks like an upside down cassette (two balls with a bar on bottom connecting them together) with a small dot directly above it.

It looks similar to this with a dot above and between the two "0"s:

Has anyone seen this one and know what it's for?
