Default New To Blackberry...Help!

Please Login to Remove!

I have just setup BES4.1 for Domino6.5 test environment.

I have one user and one phone (enabled by vodafone for blackberry) at this stage for testing but Enterprise Activation is just not happening on the phone and BES just says the User is initializing. I have used the "generate and email Activation Password) option in Blackberry manager and entered these detail into the phone......Nothing is happening......As i said im completely new......any suggestions gratefully received.

do you have a firewall blocking access from the phone on the internet to the BES server?

Thanks for your reponse......I have opened port 3101 on the firewall for connection to srp.blackberry. wouldn't the phone use the same port?
