Default Moving my call list from Nextel to Cingular phone.

Is there a method of transferring my Nextel phone list to my Cingular Blackberry, without hand typing each entry? The Nextel is a i530 and I do not have a data cable. The Blackberry is a 7290 and I have it sync to my desktop.
Could I switch sim cards for the sole purpose of transferring the data? I am asking before I do this, because I don't ant to lockup or damage my Blackberry or the Cingular sim chip.

Thank you in advance for all ideas.

Sorry, but a Nextel SIM won't work in a Cingular BB. If there's no way to sync your i530 with your computer, then unfortunately, you'll have to enter them by hand.
