Default Tmobile Smart Access?

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I currently have a Tmobile Smart Access plan and want a straight answer as nobody can give me a good one.

I called tmobile and asked them if its possible to get a BB with Internet access and they tell me that I can't get Internet access because the SmartAccess only gives me access to 1 line and a $100 limit.

I talked to someone at a tmobile kiosk and they told me that I CAN get a BB with Internet because BB has their own plan and if I get the 600 minute plan that would put me under $100 limit.

Which one is correct? CAN I get a BB with a BB plan with Internet and talk minutes while on a Smart Access plan? I would believe what I hear online but I also know that people at call centers arent always the brightest.

It works with the smart access plan you just have to keep it under the maximum price and you have to have a plan over 39.99 or I think 49.99. The problem with that is if you go over your minutes theywill cut your phone off in a second.

If they give you a hard time over the phone with the plan change, then do it online. They told me I couldn't upgrade my phone and when I did it online my phone was at my home in 2 days.

Beat the system man, beat the system...
