Default Sync with multiple folders

Please Login to Remove!

I have rules set up on outlook to move emails from certainl people to folders but my BlackBerry doesn't sync with these folders - any ideas how i can get them to sync?

Create a message rule that forwards a copy of your email to your Blackberry. I have three different accounts setup like that.

In recent versions of BES you can sync subfolders by selecting them on the BES server under a specific user. If you're running BES speak to your admins about it.

Email doesn't sync. You'll get new email and if you're on BES messages will reconcile but it's not the same as sync (just wanted to make sure your expectations were on target).

You can choose which folders you want mail delivered to the BB from by using desktop manager - go to Redirector settings, then advanced then Folder redirection is on the lower half of the window click on "choose folders"
