Default PIN release

Please Login to Remove!

I have seen on here about many people buying BB's online and the PIN not being released. I am about to sell my old 7230 on ebay and would like to avoid the hassle for whomever purchases. If I have registered a new device to systems does it release old BB or do I need to take further steps?

Wow...nice to see someone that is actually looking out for the new end-user. Kudos for that.

I'd suggest talking to BB tech support for whomever your carrier is. I believe it is only they that can release the PIN.

I am trying to provide the best experience possible. I am not looking to cause the new end user frustrations. It is the right thing to do!
