Desktop manager is forcing the user to regenerate an encryption key every time they plug the Blackberry 7250 into the USB. (Move the mouse around, etc).... works fine until the user unplug and replugs in.

The only fix has been to Regenerate and email the user a new encryption key each time.

Any thoughts?

Generate a new key via the device (I don't know if a 7250 has the option??)or the BES and then hard reset - I've had it happen to a couple of my users with 8700s and 7230s. With the 7230 I just did a reset then generated a key with DM and it worked.....
