We had our BB's moved to a different BES... Had to re-sync em. Mine worked fine. My colleague could not get her's to sync. It asked for the PW (our policy enables PW after 30 mins and we cant turn it off)
She said she was entering the BB PW but it wasnt working. It has 1 attempt left. What could be wrong? (she said its the right password... but i dunno)
What happens when its entered wrong 9/9 times?
After the password exceeds the number of correct attemps, the device is wiped.
As for the reason of the password being incorrect, i am sorry i do not know
Well, IT should be on their way sometime today... we'll see if they know the answer! :-P
