Angry Nextel Blackberry status

Please Login to Remove!

I think my Nextel Blackberry service is down--how do I find out for sure if it is my phone or the associated Nextel Blackberry service. My e-mails sent from my Blackberry just sit there until a red x appears. Re-sending then doesn't help.

Have you tried popping out the battery?

This happened to me when I upgraded to 4.0 and it was a simple, yet frustrating to figure out, matter of making sure when the emails are sent or replied to they are done so via the web client vs. desktop.

Have you tried to re-send the service book to the handheld. I think calling Goodlink is certainly not the answer (are you a Goodlink salesman, TreoMan?)

TreoMan, this is out of context. Goodlink has nothing to do with Nextel issues. True, switching carriers would probably solve the problem, but it could equally be a TREO or a BlackBerry on another carrier. Nextel is having problems lately, and this is already confirmed unrelated to Goodlink.

TreoMan, please play fair and objectively and stop advertising Goodlink -- this is a warning.

Although I think the Blackberry software is the best, I like the idea of some like GoodLink out there as an alternative, just in case. Competition is good™!
