This is a problem that has been hounding me for some time and I cannot find any info on it. The issue is so weird that it's hard to explain but I'll try my best.

When the blackberry is plugged into the computer the users Inbox does not display new e-mails until they click on a new e-mail. Outlook will grab the e-mail from exchange but it won't display it on the screen. Once they click somewhere in outlook the screen will "refresh" and all these Qued messages will flood in. Now it's not EVERY Blackberry user. We have about 180 BB users (And another 450 non-bb users) No one with any other device has this problem. Nor does it affect every BB user. I've tried narrowing it down to a model or desktop software version but there appears to be no pattern.

Anyone ever see this or have any thoughts? Our environment is:
Outlook 2k
Exchange 2k
Desktop software (whatever people have. most are on 4.x)
BES 4.0
XP with SP2 (some have sp1)

Have you tried deleting and re-creating the Outlook profiles? Most Outlook/Blackberry issues are Outlook profile related. I have no idea what would have caused this...

Yep. Problums just comes back in a few days.
I'm starting to think it's something unique to our enviroment.
