Default Device Not Locking

Please Login to Remove!

Our IT policy for our company's BlackBerries is set to a 15 minute Security Timeout. I have confirmed that the affected device is receiving the policy. The user is reporting that his device is not locking after 15 minutes. Users are not permitted to change these settings Has anyone heard of this? The user has a 7130e. Thanks!

If the device is showing active service (ie, on a phone call, active browser session, etc) it will not lock. We use sharepoint internally for our web and it would prompt for network credentials - causing an active browser session and leaving the handheld vulnerable.
