| I hope you are able to find an answer to this issue. Maybe you need to determine the user account running the BES services on your BES server? I'm just guessing that it has something to due with the account credentials of the BES services to your proxie server VS the actual user credentials in AD for the end user using the phone. Maybe I am wrong, but this is my best guess. Maybe have your users use the Browser app instead of the Blackberry Browser until you determine the fix?
