You MAY have some problems right now if, say, your BB was configured to "wirelessly sync" with your company's BES system. You can go to www act.com and you MAY need to look into some extra application/service for this part but even so, I'm not certain you'll be able to sync manually if your bb was configured to wirelessly sync with the BES.
You may need to contact the BES Admin about turning this feature off from time to time in order to do a manual sync with ACT! and then have it turned back on but that may become a headache to do.
Contact ACT! at their website listed above as well as your BES Admin and see what they say can be done.
