how can i change the number of rings? now he only rings about 5 times

look under profiles.

I have no idea what model BB you have, but generally speaking, until you provide more DETAIL, you will find the number of rings there.

you have to call your service provider and tell them you want to extend your ring time length. i know with Cingular, the default is 15 seconds. you can go all the way up to 25 seconds i think. i'm not sure about the length for other providers though.
