Default Blackberry Activation Problem

Hi

Can someone please help me - I am having trouble getting one of our users to activate onto BES. I have set up the account as usual with password. The user is starting the activation process butr she is reporting that it gives the message - activation failed, retrying.

I looked at the logs on BES and found the following entry repeated many times against the users name

[40423] (11/14 09:49:49):{0x22C4} {username@domain.com} Queuing new mail through notification (external). EntryId=4007738 41 1
[40724] (11/14 09:49:49):{0x1928} {username@domain.com} Get record key for this MAPI object, EntryId=4007738 41 1
[40435] (11/14 09:49:49):{0x1928} {username@domain.com} Queuing new mail through notification. EntryId=4007738. Msgs Pending 0 41 1
[30084] (11/14 09:49:49):{0x1928} {username@domain.com} Ignored - let other server/desktop do it, EntryId=4007738 41 1

Documentation on the Blackberry website indiacates that the last entry indicates that the user has been added to multiple BES servers - however I have checked and this is not the case. Has anyone come across this before

Make sure your user is typing in her email address correctly. That's what I usually see when my users have that problem.
