I'm trying to setup a 7130c (cingular) using BES on exchange. It is receiving email and the calendar/address book are synced but I cant get it to send messages. Any tips? The messages show a check mark next to them after I hit send. They do have the exchange account selected as the sending account.

I'm told by the BES admin that the account showed an IT policy error. I wiped the device and started over and I'm having the same problem. I used the enterprise activation option with his exchange email and the activation password from the BES admin.

Either:

- Resend the service books
- Find the Desktop (CMIME) service book, delete it, and then UNDELETE it.

Thanks. I ended up doing both and nothing happened...for a while. It's working now. I'm not sure which it was but it worked.
