I sometimes let one of my co-workers use my blackberry to do some software testing. Is there a way I can password or temporarily disable my e-mail so that my co-worker cannot view my personal e-mails while he's using my blackberry?

Access to your Blackberry is access to your email. I don't know of any way to block access to your email and leave access to everything else.
