Default travelling in Europe and Australia

I will need a PDA and phone combo for travelling and I'm jealous of all you Blackberry users and want to make the big leap. BUT:

1. I'm on a Mac
2. I'm stuck with Verizon.

The Mac part can be handled by using "PocketMac" for syncing my info.
Verizon I'm ready to quit for a better carrier who has the best Blackberry (do they all have phones built in?).
And is there a Blackberry that uses Bluetooth.

You say you are stuck on Verizon, but then you say you are ready to quit. If you are willing and able (contract over), I suggest T-Mobile. Their rates are hard to beat for domestic and international. They have great voice and data roaming agreements. The only issue may be US coverage. I personally have no problems but I am rarely in the "boonies" in the US for long.

There are a few Blackberrys with bluetooth. RIM's website can tell you all of them, but T-Mobile only currently has the 7100t. They have a couple others without bluetooth, and supposedly next month they will have the 7290 available to non-business customers.

The only BlackBerrys that don't have phones built in are the 850/950, 857/957 and 5790. All others have phone.

If you are going with Verizon, They are on the CDMA network and you can get the 7250 that has voice, bluetooth, and is apparantly faster than the 7290.

If you switch carriers, you'll have the option of the 7100 series, the 7290 for GSM networks, or the 7250 for CDMA. These have Bluetooth.
