Hidden emails in the Messages window?
 

Hi There,

I have an odd problem with all of my blackberries. When I receive and email send to a group, I do receive it in my Lotus Notes inbox, but not on my blackberry. However, the message counter on the Blackberry detects the message and counts it, but it does not appear in the messages list on the Blackberry (even not in one of the sup-folders which you can select in the view-folder option).

When I remove the battery from the Blackberry, and power the device backup, the message counter is reset again.

Has someone saw this problem before?

Try going into the messaging options and turning off "hide filed messages". It's a long shot, but stupider things have worked for me before :)

I tried that, but still no go. I still see the "message counter" on several messages, and in the messages window there are no messages. Any other thoughts?

Have you tried reloading the handheld software? it is another possibility.
