Just wanted to see how everyone uses their BWC.
I assume most people sync the deletes to the blackberry.

I was keeping the messages on the BWC, but just realized there's no POP access from the BWC. I guess it's not really meant to be used as a mailbox.

I see two ways to use the BWC:
- Direct emails to your mailbox (or multiple mailboxes) and auto-forward to the BWC. This is probably faster?
- Direct emails to your mailbox (or multiple mailboxes) and let the BWC grab from through POP.

Is there any way to speed this up?

Forwarding to BWC is definitely faster as having BWC pull mail via POP has the 15 minute delay. In my experience, BWC is pretty quick (provided that your reception is good and there aren't any issues with BWC) when mail is forwarded to it.

I just hate having to wait for the multiple "trips" that each email has to go through before it reaches my blackberry.

I use a "forward-only" account for all directed emails first, so my flow looks like this:
"forward-only" -> adelphia -> BWC -> blackberry

Is there anyway of making the BWC auto-forward to my adelphia account?

OK, I need help with this, too. I'm a very new BB user and have it set up so that it pulls the POP mail- I haven't utilizied the blackberry address to forward and get faster results.

Here is my situation, though- I work at home and have three email addresses which dump into my outlook express all day. It also dumps into my BB. I worry that if I set up some type of forward system, I won't get a copy in my outlook express and my BB.

What's the best way to set this up?? Goal: faster delivery to BB on top of still getting the mails in my outlook express.

It should be the same. Right now, you probably didnt touch any of your email addresses. Both your outlook and BB (via BWC) pulls the POP mail.

If you disable the BB (via BWC) from pulling the POP mail, you can setup one (or more) email accounts to auto-forward to BB (via BWC).
Your outlook would look the same and the POP mail its pulling will look the same too.

The difference is where the blackberry gets its mail from. If the BWC does it, you have to wait 15 minutes for each polling of your email accounts. If you auto-forward, there's no wait period. The lag would just come from the extra time it takes for your email accounts to forward and the BWC to receive it (which can be a few minutes)
