just one thing i would like to know

when i turn off my BB (with the last icon on the screen), is it really off (i mean: is the RAM memory cleared and so on, or do i need to take away the battery and put it back then?)

Yes. Once the BB is turned off, when you turn it back on, only the default startup applications are available. This leads me to believe that the RAM cache has been cleared.
