Post v4.0 BES Logs and MAPI Errors

Please Login to Remove!

I'm really struggling to find any information on understanding the errors you get in BES 4.0 logs. In particular [40720] MAPI errors in the MAGT log files.

You would have thought that there would be some documentation somewhere that points to what these errors mean and their possible causes. They all have an associated 'LowLevelError' number. But searches of the RIM site, this site, and general Google searches bring back few results.

Can someone please shed any light on where to get more information?

For example:
[40720] (12/05 00:59:04):{0x170C} MAPI call failed. Error 'The client operation failed.', LowLevelError 1245, Component 'Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store', Context 1281.

[40720] (12/05 01:06:42):{0xB5C} MAPI call failed. Error 'The information store could not be opened.', LowLevelError 0, Component 'MAPI 1.0', Context 649.

[40720] (12/05 00:01:29):{0x1F6C} MAPI call failed. Error 'Network problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.', LowLevelError 1726, Component 'Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store', Context 1300.

[40720] (12/05 00:20:44):{0x1FF0} MAPI call failed. Error 'Network problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.', LowLevelError 6, Component 'Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store', Context 1300.

[40720] (11/23 00:53:34):{0x978} MAPI call failed. Error 'Unknown Error.', LowLevelError 2147746065, Component 'Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store', Context 1006.
