Default Conflict with RIM USB Drivers

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone else out there received an error "The RIM handheld USB drivers are unable to suspend at this time". This is when the pc is about to go into standby ad stops the device from doing this...

O/s is Win 2000, so I presume that this is just conflicting with something else on the pc, but unsure what.... Any ideas on finding out?

Thanks a lot.

it happens both when the Blackberry is in the cradle or if it is out of the cradle.... I think that it's just a software conflict of sorts but don't know what!?!?!?!

2 things. Update the drivers by updating Desktop manager. Second, try switching what usb port you use.

Default Also getting error

Hi,

I am also getting this error. My person has the BBerry 7250. I am using the latest version of Desktop MAnager 4.0.33

My person has this plugged into a USB Hub.......wonder if that could be causing the issue?

Thx,
Jon
