Default The need for outsorced BES/email and custom apps?

Please Login to Remove!

Now that you guys have 100% sold me on the BB market. Here is another 2 questions...

Talking to some of the carrier folks (T Mobile, Nextel, etc) I have heard that the BES server management is quite simple. Is that correct? Do you think that many enterprises will consider outsourcing that piece of the puzzle?

Also, how important do you think custom apps on the BB units will be in the years to come (ie) CRM, databases, etc? To me, this will be a "no brainer."

Once again, I would appreciate your thoughts.

I could see smaller firms outsourcing...the initial cost of hardware and software could be a little intimidating.
