Both my brother and I got 7250's at the same time. We are on the Telus Network in Canada. I cannot figure our why on his home screen he can hit letters on the pad to go directly to the applications. I think for messages the M is underligned so he just his the M to take him there instead of moving the icon on the trackwheel.

Can anybody help on how I can get the same on my 7250?

Go to Phone/General Options/Dial From Home Screen--No.

Now you will have the option of touching one letter from the Home Screen to go to most applications.
