Default Can't reply to redirected email

I have a 7290 using redirected email from my windows 2003 outlook desktop. My company won't let me use the BB Server (cost). When an email comes in, it has the following properties:
1. Using: Desktop (secure)
2. Folder: Inbox
3. Message Status: Opened, etc.

I cannot reply to emails that are redirected. I get the "Transaction error - decryption error"

If I create a new message to the sender I can send it using the Webclient.

Why can't I reply to my redirected messages?

Try deleting the Desktop CMIME service book on the device (Settings > Service Book)

Then connect the device to Desktop Manager (so that Service Book is regenerated) then try replying again
