My company won't invest in a BES so I'm stuck with the work.

The address book changes every 2-3 months. User get deleted and updated. When every the list changes I make all the changes in outlook and import from DM. This works fine, but users alwats complain that users that were deleted are still there, and they have duplicate names. These people also keep personal address books on the BBs as well as business. How can I get DM to delete the users that are supose to be gone and move that change to the BB? Since my company doesn't want to buy a BES, I may just clear there address books and populate them with the new list and let the user manually enter there personal addresses back in, unless there is another way.

Does your company run Exchange server? I'd think that you could set them up to sync with a secondary contacts folder which would contain the company address book. I haven't had to do this myself so I'm not entirely sure what the practical issues might be but it should work in theory...
