| Attachments don't open Please Login to Remove! Hi all,
When I receive email on my 7230 it says there is an attachment, but there is no option to open the attachment. Is it possible that they are not being forwarded? I've read that the "attachment service" must be loaded. I'm using the desktop redirect with Outlook 2003. How can I see if it is loaded/running? If it's not running, how do I install? Or is it not available with the desktop redirect, just the enterprise version?
