Default I moved a user from the BES to BWC

Please Login to Remove!

and now his messages come in as "read" and everytime he sends, he gets the etp.dat message.

Code:
This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry Handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

Is there something I need to delete from the BB to make it stop doing that?

He is using a 7700 and AT&T Web CLient[/code]

I think he needs to do a Desktop manager reinstall and select Web client rather than BES option.

You need to uninstall the desktop manager, go to the user login in windows explorer(what the person uses to log into their PC with - that folder) then go to Application Data, Research in Motion, and remove the Intellisync folder. Reboot and reinstall the desktop manager...should fix it.
