why would this happen?
we are doing testing using the default RIM account.
emails are getting into the webclient fine.
but they do not seem to be arriving in the BlackBerry handheld.
Service books has been sent, capital GPRS, battery took out and put in.
any other suggestions?

You have to register the BB for each web client account.

For a GSM/GPRS blackberries, I think you need to enter the IEMI (sp??) and something else. For CDMA blackberries, you need the ESN and something else.
