Default Reconcilation config always resets to delete on handheld

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm a little confused... my president just bought a BlackBerry 7290 and we set everything up using the redirector software. It all works great but if i set the email reconciliation option on the BB to "delte on handhels and mailbox" it always resets it self back to handheld only as soon as he goes to is office and syncs with the usb cable.

This is driving me nuts!!!!

Do any of you have an idea ?

thx!

This was a known problem with HHOS v3.8 on the 7100 and 7290. It was supposed to be fixed in v4, but we're seeing different results at my company. One of my coworkers who is a Lotus Notes user says reconciliation now works properly on his 7290 with v4. My manager, an Exchange user, says that the option no longer changes back to just handheld, but deletes still don't reconcile back to the desktop. Myself and another coworker, also Exchange users, still see the same behavior as v3.8, where the option resets itself back to handheld.

That confirms tha i configured everything properly.... still funny that this problem is still unknow by so many people.

Now i'll take a look at updating the 7290 to v4.
