Hi everybody,

maybe someone could help me with this issue. The BES admin left the company and we reset the besadmin password 'cause we didn't know the original password. Now, when I want to connect to the exchange with that user, using the "edit MAPI profile" the server responds that the logon credential are incorrect.
All the user settings, besides the password, are correct because it was working ok until I change the besadmin password.
BES 4.0
Exchnage 2003

Is there any additional place where I have to enter the new password (I believe it takes the password from the domain controller, but maybe it's hardcoded in other place, like the registry...)

The BES is installed on a domain controller (even if it's not recommended, I know)

dunno but there is a BES admin section of the forum....maybe repost there for better results *shrugs*
