A little over two years ago I gave up a Nokia 6560 or something like that....I never looked back! I can't even imagine having "only" a cell phone.

I went through a few bb's before trying to go back to a regular phone for a while...that lasted less than a year, and now I'm back to bb with an 8700c, and its just as good as I remember it being!

I planned on switching back to Nextel from Verizon so I decided to get the 7100i BlackBerry. I've had Palm phones and Windows mobile phones and none of them came close to the BB. I can't imagine going back to a regular cell phone again. Taking pictures and listening to mp3's is not something I want a cell phone for. I don't miss those features at all.

I used to have four regular cell phones at a time and just put my SIM card into whichever one I wanted to use for the day. Ever since I got my 7100t and then my 8700g (and 8800 soon), I got rid of every other cell phone I had and only use my Blackberry.

I have gone through 3 blackberries already. Each time inbetween I have had to use a cell phone.

It seems the time you need your internet ability the most is when you don't have your BB with you. Grrr...

I have a cell phone & BB right now, going to merge it all to one soon.

Wirelessly posted (7130e: BlackBerry7130e/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

I can't imagine using a regular cell phone. Nothing seems to come close to a BB. I haven't seen anything work as well as the BB as far as email. A camera and MP3 player would just be icing on the cake to an already excellent device.

Um, no. The 8703e -- or any other 8700 series device -- does not have Windows. I probably wouldn't be using my 8700c if they did.

If you want to compare Blackberry models go to Blackberry.com and use the device comparison tool.
