Trouble syncing with Lotus calendar
I am using a BB7250 with Desktop Manager version 3.6a. I am trying to sync a Lotus Notes 6.0.1 calendar with the device. If I try to sync the addressbook or task it works fine, but the intellisync will read from the
"Lotus 5.0/6.0 Calendar" and read 3251 records out of 3276 before it gives the following Application Error:Instruction at 0x09b13ce1... ...The memory could not be written. If I click to debug the application closes. I have reinstalled Lotus and desktop manager with no luck. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
ps This application has worked great for the past 2 months. I am suspecting there is an invalid calendar entry, but I can't find a log that tells me which one it is.
I had the same issue. Mine was a little simpler though, sync would not start at all, so I knew it was the first couple entries in the calendar. There are ways to start a debug in intellisync, and it will most likely tell you that you have an orphan entry in your calendar. Sometimes it's a save/replication conflict in Notes, sometimes it is a screwed up ACL on the calendar entry. It looks like your are close to the end of your calendar when it bombs, so try to work your way backwards inside Notes, until you find an entry that either is save/replication error, or you cannot open or delete. If that fails, you may want to call your Notes admin. There are some utilities that they can run to clean up your mail file. HTH
