My Blackberry model 7290 only receives certain emails sent from the server, and there does not seem to be any pattern in the ones that are not getting received. Does anyone have any ideas as to why my blackberry would be doing this?

Your Blackberry, or your BES, might have filters set up to prevent certain e-mails from getting to your device.

You could have 'Disable mail delivery when connected via cable' set in Desktop Manager.

Does the pending count for the user increase on the BES? Does the user use DTM or is it done wirelessly? What version of BES and Exchange/Domino/ or Groupwise are you using.

I concer with penguin3107 check to make sure there are no filters set up on the BB or through DTM.
