Hi,

I have searched far and wide and cannot find the solution.

I am getting Event ID 20000 every 15 seconds or so.

One is:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Controller
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20000
Date: 1/9/2007
Time: 9:51:13 AM
User: N/A
Computer: MTLDC
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 20000 ) in Source ( BlackBerry Controller ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Unable to connect to Dispatcher 'MTLDC'.

The other is:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Controller
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20000
Date: 1/9/2007
Time: 9:51:13 AM
User: N/A
Computer: MTLDC
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 20000 ) in Source ( BlackBerry Controller ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Could not connect to Service Control Manager at \\127.0.0.1: 1722.

I am running Windows 2000 SBS, all the latest updates and patches to the OS, Exchange and I just upgraded BES to 4.1.2.25 with the latest hotfix.

Now no emails are being redirected to the handhelds.
