Default webclient blackberry emails

Please Login to Remove!

when you have an email on your blackberry ( yourcarrier.blackberry.net)

is there a way to access this email over web?
in my case : https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=bell

once I log.. there is almost nothing to do..

what I don't understand ?

Not unless your carrier/account is registered on BIS 1.8 - most are on BIS 2.x and there is longer a web interface for emails.

That's the one feature of the bb service that's missing. Being able to read your email on s pc.

I remember being able to log into my email account with T-Mobile via any computer and read my mail. Gone now, no web access. Bummer.

Why not integrate an account that has webmail access of its own (gmail, Yahoo, etc)? It's "best practice" to not directly use your *.blackberry.net address directly anyway. Plus a lot of thos services offer pretty good spam filtering.
