The Verizon wireless blackberry BWC service is down again. This is now the second time in a week, my service has been down 4 out of 7 days, and now the fourth time my blackberry has been dead in a month.

Right now, I can NOT send or receive emails on my blackberry and the internet browser does not work as well.

I knew I should have kept the Cingular/AT&T blackberry.

Did you call Verizon Support? If so what did they say? Also, as I have had to call Verizon's support service-what ever you do, do not let them transfer you to any other department. Some of their Support people are complete morons. So, either get an answer from the person you are talking to, or ask for a supervisor. Just thought I would give you a fair warning.
