Default Help!!!

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB 7510 and downloaded instant messaging and Themes for the BB but it was through T-Mobile and now I do not know how to delete them out of my BB because the programs don't work! Can someone please tell me how to delete these things off of my BB

Options / Applications.
Scroll down to the modules you want to delete, click the wheel and select Delete.

it just gives me Hide Menu, Prorerties, and Close. When I click Properties and click the wheel it only gives me Hide Menu and Close. Any other ides. Thank you
