I spent about an hour with Verizon wireless technical support and after being transferred 3 times, the final "Data" technical support staffer said that since you can receive a single PIN-to-PIN message there is nothing wrong with your service. Never mind that most emails are never delivered to the blackberry.
Thank god I have less than a month left on my Verizon Wireless contract and can't wait to get rid of the blackberry and verizon wireless. My advice to BIS users, don't expect any help from verizon wireless!!!! You are on your own!!
