Default Which OS should I use

I just recieved my blackberry, and I noticed it has OS 3.7 installed.

What benefits are there to updating to 4.0??

Is it worth it??

Although there are tons of threads here on the benefits of 4.0, here's another one:

With BES 4.0, you get wireless sync of all PIM functions. You also get support for additional attachments, including pictures and animation.

Picture application. Password Keeper. Java script support of web browsing.

What else....

I've got a Cingular BB used on the rogers network, so should I install the OS for cingular or Rogers??
